Every single visit
What we do every week
Eight things, in the same order, on every pool. Not a quick skim and a chlorine tab.
Brush walls & stairs
Walls, steps, benches and the shadowed corners behind the ladder get brushed every visit. Algae takes hold on a surface long before it clouds the water, and brushing is the cheapest way there is to stop it.
Clean the bottom of the pool
The floor is vacuumed end to end — deep end, steps and benches included — so silt and grit leave the pool instead of being stirred back into suspension for the filter to fight.
Clean tiles at the waterline
The tile line is where Valley water shows first. Scrubbing the scum and early calcium off it weekly is what keeps a pool from needing a bead-blast to look right again.
Skim the surface
Blossoms, seed pods, insects and blown-in dust come off the top before they sink. Everything skimmed out is debris that never gets a chance to decompose, feed algae or stain plaster.
Empty baskets & traps
Skimmer baskets and the pump pot are both emptied every week. A packed basket starves the pump, kills circulation, and is the most common reason a motor dies years early.
Balance & add chemicals
Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid are tested at the pool and corrected on the spot. All routine chemicals are included in the monthly price.
Backwash the filter regularly
Filters are backwashed on a pressure schedule, not a guess — when the gauge says the media is loaded. A filter running against a restriction cleans nothing and costs the pump its life.
Complete service report
Every visit ends with a written report: photos of the pool we left, the chemical readings we took, what we added, and the time we were there. Free, every week, whether you were home or not.

Why weekly matters
Why regular pool maintenance matters in Phoenix
A Valley pool spends nine months of the year under sun strong enough to strip its sanitiser and is topped up with some of the hardest tap water in the country. Left alone for a fortnight in July it does not drift out of balance — it turns.
- Health and safety. Properly sanitised water is the difference between a pool and a petri dish. Chlorine, pH and stabilizer all have to be right — not just one of them.
- Equipment life. Clean baskets and filters mean the pump is not fighting a restriction. Balanced water means the heater and salt cell are not scaling shut.
- Surface protection. Low pH etches plaster; high pH and hard water scale the tile. Both are expensive to reverse and easy to prevent.
- Cost. A single algae recovery costs several months of routine service — and it is entirely avoidable.
The difference
Why Phoenix homeowners stay with us
No contracts to hold anyone in place. People stay because the pool is right every week.
A free written report, every single week
Photos of the pool as we left it, the chemical readings we took, what we added and the time we were on site. You do not have to be home, and you do not have to take our word for it.
Chemicals included in the price
The monthly rate covers routine chemicals. No per-visit chemical add-ons, and no larger bill because July was hot.
A fixed route and a fixed service day
You are on a scheduled weekly route, not a dispatch queue. Your service day is set when you sign up and it does not move.
Someone answers, 24 hours a day
The number on this page is answered around the clock, seven days a week — not a voicemail box that gets checked on Monday.
Flat pricing, no contract
One monthly number quoted before you start, month to month, cancel any time with notice before your next billing date. Extras are quoted in advance, every time.
Licensed and insured
Fully liability insured, with a certificate available on request.

Local conditions
Pools here work harder than most
A Valley pool spends nine months of the year under sun strong enough to strip its sanitiser and is topped up with some of the hardest tap water in the country. Left alone for a fortnight in July it does not drift out of balance — it turns. That is why our route schedule and chemical program are built for this market rather than copied from somewhere milder.
- Spring (Mar–May). Water crosses 70°F, algae wakes up and the olive and palo verde bloom lands on the surface in sheets. What the pool looks like in July is decided by how well it is dialled in now.
- Monsoon (Jun–Sep). One dust storm can undo a month of clean water in half an hour, and at 115°F free chlorine is gone the same day it is added. This is the stretch that separates weekly service from the alternative.
- Fall (Oct–Nov). Swimming carries on while the debris load climbs. We rebalance for cooler water and clear the filters that carried the monsoon.
- Winter (Dec–Feb). Nothing closes here. Demand drops, which makes it the right window for calcium work, salt cell cleaning and anything the equipment has been putting up with.

These are routes we already drive, listed by ZIP rather than by a radius on a map. If your ZIP is below, your pool falls on an existing weekly run — which means a real service day, not a promise to see whether we can get out there.
FAQ
Pool service in Phoenix — your questions answered
Everything most homeowners ask before starting weekly service. See all questions.
How much does weekly pool service cost in Phoenix?
Complete weekly service starts at $124 a month for a standard residential pool up to about 18,000 gallons, with routine chemicals included. Larger pools, attached spas, water features or heavy tree cover can move the price, which is why we quote your pool specifically instead of publishing a rate and adding to it later.
How often should my pool be cleaned?
Weekly, without exception. A Valley pool spends nine months of the year under sun strong enough to strip its sanitiser and is topped up with some of the hardest tap water in the country. Left alone for a fortnight in July it does not drift out of balance — it turns. A pool serviced every other week spends half its life out of balance, and in this climate that is how you end up paying for an algae recovery instead of routine service.
Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
Yes. Chlorine, acid, sodium bicarbonate, soda ash and more are all part of your monthly rate. The only separate charges are specialty items a particular pool needs occasionally — algaecide during a recovery, phosphate remover, calcium hardness increaser on a fresh fill, or salt for a salt system — and those are always quoted before we add them.
Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month. Cancel any time by giving notice before your next billing date — there is no term, no early termination fee and no cancellation penalty.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Almost all of our customers are at work when we come. We just need reliable access to the pool area — a gate code, a lock box, or an unlocked side gate on your service day. If you have a dog, tell us and we will work out an arrangement that keeps everyone comfortable.
What types of filters do you service?
All three: sand, cartridge and DE. We check filter pressure at every weekly visit and tell you when the filter is due for a clean, so it is serviced on condition rather than on a guess. Backwashing, cartridge cleaning, DE grid tear-downs and media replacement are quoted before the work and carried out promptly once you approve.
Do you service salt water pools?
Yes, and they get the same full weekly checklist. We also verify salt level and check the cell for scale. Acid-bath cell cleaning is available as an add-on and is quoted in advance.
How do you ensure the water is actually safe?
We test the full panel at the pool with professional reagents every week — free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid — and dose on the spot. Readings are logged so we can spot a pool trending out of range before it becomes a problem you can see.
